Intelligence for the factory floor

Reprogram the arm you already own

When the part, fixture, or process changes, Episodic proposes the next program for the robot already on your floor.

The work today

Robots often keep doing the first job they were programmed for.

Most industrial robots keep doing the one task they were first programmed for. The next change is an engineer, a rewrite, and an arm that isn’t running.

  • A new part

The grasp and the place were taught on a part that is no longer the one in front of the arm.

  • A moved fixture

The program still describes the cell as it was.

  • A changed process

The routine is close to the new job. The cell stays down until someone proves it.
